BankingSync: the first recap on v4

A little under four weeks ago, v4 went out on the stable channel, and with it, for the first time, BankingSync left the house it had been written in. What followed was, in hindsight, entirely predictable: bug reports from people I have never met, about banks I don’t bank with - and every single one of them turned out to be less a report about BankingSync than a report about somebody’s bank.
